- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Pfenniger and his staff are rude and have no consideration for their patients. After waiting two months for an appointment my husband showed up at the scheduled time only to find out his appointment was cancelled because he had not confirmed his appointment 48 hours in advance. Apparently this is Dr Pfenniger's policy but it was not explained at the time of scheduling the appointment. They claim it is stated in the paperwork sent in advance of the appointment but the exact wording is "A 48-hour notice is needed for any cancellation...." It does not say 48 hour notice is required to KEEP your appointment. The staff was rude and unapologetic. They did not offer to reschedule or expedite another appointment. We will never go back there again. I am sick and tired of doctors who think their time is the only thing that matters. What about the waste of time and inconvenience they cause their patients.
